How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timing depends on the destination, selected shipping method, and product type. Made-to-order items require additional production time shown on the product page. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened incense, made-to-order items, final-sale items, and opened or handled crystal sets are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. View the full return policy.

What are your shipping rates and do you offer free shipping?

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders. Any complimentary expedited or FedEx upgrade shown on the storefront applies according to the current order threshold and product offer. International rates and any other available methods are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Rates are calculated after you enter your delivery address. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

Do you offer special offers?

Yes. Join the Orblink email community to receive the current welcome offer and hear about seasonal promotions, new rituals, and product launches. Available offers and eligibility are shown at signup or checkout. We do not currently operate a points-based loyalty program.

Do you match prices or honor previous sale prices?

We do not offer post-purchase price adjustments or match previous sale prices. The price and promotion available when an order is placed apply to that purchase. Subscribe to Orblink emails for future offers and product launches.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and the accelerated payment methods displayed at checkout. Available options can vary by device, browser, and location; checkout always shows the current supported methods. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.
